Are you aware of Japanese emoticons? They're nice and upright (^_^) instead of sideways :-)
Yesterday I had to be at work at 9:30 to interview someone. When I got to the train station, the platforms were completely full and I was like, "Uh oh, the trains are broken today." Then I realised that this was normal rush hour traffic and that that's how train stations look like at 9am.
Stuffed mushrooms at the canteen today.
So the package that I'd been waiting for came today, but the lazy bastards didn't bother to ring the doorbell. They just left a "you were not home" notice at 8:10 this morning when we were DEFINITELY HOME. And a postal strike just started at noon. Ugh.
