50% of our department is MIA this morning. I think this deserves some kind of award. Or should we be admonished for not being able to handle our liquor?

The Christmas party was pretty fun. It was held at Guanabara, a Brazilian club. It's a cool place. However, I am very sorry to report that it is not the lusty, hedonistic orgy we were led to believe the London Christmas parties to be. I was not even able to finish all of my drink tickets. Which is a real shame since I was on the commitee and could have as many tickets as I wanted.

Yay, they just put a huge Christmas tree up in the lobby!
