Yay. Good weekend. Woke up with A saturday morning (yay).
After a delicious round of marmite and cheese on toast, I was introduced to a cool radio show on the Virgin ratio station (they own everything here it seems - everything from makeup to trains). It's called Rock and Roll Football. Basically, during a football game, they have arock and roll music hour (or two, whatever), but when a goal or something important happens, they fade out the music and you hear, "Goooooal!!!". This way, you don't have to listen for the whole hour and get bored with all the announcers' jibber jabber. Genius.
Then I went to the British Museum that afteroon. It is strangely absent of any British stuff. There were mummies and buddhas and ancient coins and vases and stuff but no British paintings or artifacts or spinning wheels or anything. It was strange.
Later that night I headed over to new Sarah's 25th birthday party. Except I didn't know it was her birthday so I didn't show up with a gift :(
Today I slept in, and then took a walk to the heath. I discovered the Camden Arts Centre, where they have exhibits and you can take classes.
