New flavor!
So you know umami? I was reading up on it and as it turns out MUSHROOMS have umami. So that I why I love mushrooms. I think that is my favorite flavor. Sweet is good too, but umami is the best - bacon, parmesan cheese, fish sauce, MUSHROOMS. Nom nom nom.
I've long considered halloumi to be "vegetarian bacon". My theory is that halloumi also has umami.
This weekend I turned 28 1/2 years old, which can be rounded up to 29 years old. That is such an adult age don't you think? I should be a real adult by now.
I used to think that your life was basically over by the time you turned 30; kids, mortgage, spouse, boring friends with kids, mortgages and spouses. But that's not the case at all! 30 is nothing. When do you turn into an adult finally?
